Yes, Prime Property Maintenance is fully insured for public liability. Antonio has over 10 years of experience and personally supervises every job to ensure quality and safety.
Do you do commercial work? +
Absolutely. We’re trusted by real estate agents, property managers, and commercial clients for end-of-lease preparation, rental maintenance, and ongoing property upkeep contracts.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept bank transfer (EFT), cash, and card payments. Payment terms are discussed at the quote stage and vary by job size.
Do you clean up after the job? +
Yes, every job includes a full clean-up. We leave your property tidy and take all rubbish with us. Before-and-after photos are provided for major jobs.
Can you work outside business hours? +
We operate Monday to Friday 7am–6pm and Saturday 7am–4pm. Urgent calls are accepted outside these hours. Contact Antonio directly to arrange.
